Lodging in Jackson

Staying in downtown Jackson offers the perfect mix of convenience and charm, with restaurants, bars, and shops just steps away. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee, enjoying a night out, or browsing local boutiques, everything is within walking distance. Plus, Jackson’s friendly, small-town atmosphere makes it easy and safe to explore on foot, unlike some larger cities. With a variety of lodging in Jackson Hole, from cozy inns to upscale hotels, downtown is a great home base for your Jackson Hole adventure.

  • The Wort Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Jackson, with the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill being a highlight of the Jackson Hole night life scene.

  • The Cloudveil Hotel in downtown Jackson is part of the Marriott collection of hotels, which does allow some guests to get a deeper discount if they are a preferred guest, otherwise the price range is on the high end, especially during peak season.

  • The Rusty Parrot has just reopened this summer, with a visit by President Donald Trump staying there.  This is also considered a very high-end hotel, although guests not staying there can make reservations at the Sage Restaurant

  • The Rustic Inn at the north end of Jackson has become a very popular place for people to stay at, because of the large number of cabins and rooms available.  It is located directly on Flat Creek and is only about 3 blocks walking distance from downtown Jackson.

  • The Rockwell Hotel is just down the street from the Rustic Inn.  This hotel used to be called the Lexington Inn but has since recently changed its name.

  • The Anvil Motel, which is small, has recently been remodeled, is also another nice hotel that is close to town.

  • Town Square Inns is owned and operated by a local family.  They own Cowboy Village, a collection of small cabins near downtown.  They also own Elk Country Inn and 49er Inn.

Lodging in Wilson and Teton Village

Nestled against the southern part of the Teton Range, Wilson and Teton Village are smaller, quieter alternatives to Jackson, offering breathtaking mountain views and a relaxed atmosphere. While they have fewer nightlife options, they make up for it with incredible outdoor adventures, from world-class skiing and Snake River float trips to hiking and wildlife spotting. Wilson boasts a charming, local feel with cozy cafes and scenic biking trails, while Teton Village offers luxury resorts, spas, and ski-in/ski-out access, making both ideal for those looking to unwind in nature while staying close to adventure.

  • The Fireside Resort is located on Moose/Wilson Road about 6 miles from Teton Village.  There are very nice cabins to stay at as well as RV parking in the back.

  • The Bentwood Inn is a cozy Bed and Breakfast very close to the intersection of Hwy 22 and the Moose/Wilson Road. This is one of the closest options to the meeting location of our Snake River Scenic Floats!

  • The Terra Hotel and Teton Mountain Lodge, run by the same group, bring plenty of comfort with great rooms, restaurants, and spas. While Teton Village may be smaller than big-name resorts like Vail, Colorado, it’s packed with charm and adventure!

  • The Caldera House is located next to the Tram Tower, a very small hotel and possibly the most expensive hotel in Teton Village. Many different movie stars and pop singers have stayed here.

  • The Four Seasons Hotel is a worldwide chain that we work with to provide fishing trips. This hotel has a well-trained staff and great restaurant, making it one of our favorite recommendations.

Honorable Mentions

Both locations host a wide variety of Airbnb’s, usually at a less expensive rate compared to Jackson and the drive is beautiful too! Historic lodges in Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Park are also a favorite to many passing through as they visit the parks.
